Water

Water is Pure Medicine

F. Batmanghelidj, M.D. author of the book “You’re Not Sick, You’re Thirsty”  and  “You’re Bodies Many Cries for Water” says:

Medical professionals of today do not understand the vital roles of water in the human body.  Chronic cellular dehydration painfully and prematurely kills.  It’s initial outward manifestations have until now been labeled as diseases of unknown origin.

When is the last time a health practitioner asked you how much water do you drink daily?   This is the first question I ask, because getting hydrated is the first step for preventative medicine.

The ideal amount of water to drink is half your body weight in ounces. For example if you weigh 150 lbs, your ideal water intake daily should be 75 ounces.

No beverage can substitute for water.  Sodas, caffeinated beverages, alcohol and medication cause severe dehydration of our cells, including our brain cells which is 85% water.

Our body contains water inside our cells and outside of our cells.  Our body uses 6 to 8 cups of water daily for our bodily functions of digesting and eliminating our foods. That  6 to 8 cups of loss needs to be replaced daily.  If people do not replace that amount of water daily they  set themselves up for future illness and disease, which unfortunately is never linked to severe dehydration.  This may lead to more medication which is more dehydrating.

Please practice preventative medicine.  Drink water daily.  Learn how to do the liver and kidney cleansing technicals properly along with learning how to have a healthy diet and lifestyle in this toxic world we live in today.  This will keep you out of the doctors office.  I have not seen a doctor in over 30 years.  I have never felt better.          Judy kemecsei,  medical researcher, cleansing coach
